The Asphalt Institute welcomed Seth Hankowski, Chief Executive Officer at All States Materials Group, as the Asphalt Institute Chair in 2026.
Hankowski is based in Sunderland, Massachusetts. He has served on the Asphalt Institute Board of Directors, Asphalt Institute Foundation (AIF) Board of Directors, chaired the Marketing Committee, Public Policy and Relationships Committee, AIF Education Committee and served as Vice Chair of the Asphalt Institute Board of Directors in 2025. He is a graduate of the EPIC Leadership Development Program and served as the program’s Dean.
“This industry and this association are very important to me. We have many issues to explore together, and I am looking forward to building on the connections I’ve already made in the Asphalt Institute and meeting new members and industry partners throughout this year,” said Hankowski.
In 2023, Hankowski served at the national level as chair of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA).
Lora Collins was named Vice Chair for 2026. She is the Asphalt Value Chain Senior Director at Marathon Petroleum, based in Ohio.
